Job description Main responsibilities among others include:
Supporting the Store Manager in leading the team
Acting as Deputy of the Store Manager in his/her absence
Driving Sales
Customer acquisition and retention
Ensuring the whole organization and running of the store together with the Store Manager
SALES:
Lead by example in service and customer care.
Know the different collections and their products (style, material, tendencies, etc.)
Achieve Sales goals and cross selling.
Guarantee a perfect customer reception and service.
Ensure a perfect appearance of the store and optimum product presentation (display cases, counters, and furniture)
Support other staff during sales (service, gifts, etc.)
Contribute to the achievement of business goals.
Representation of the Store Manager:
Administrative activities, in the absence of the Store Manager or on their behalf:
Handle any customer orders.
Ensure that sufficient material is present (bags, gift boxes, batteries, etc.)
Ensure that sufficient office material is present.
Communicate with the head office (parameters, e-mail, telephone, if specific customer cases, by appointment or on behalf of Store Managers)
Implement and evaluate the Linkage.
Team leading, in the absence of the Store Manager or on their behalf:
Organize the training of new employees (Swatch regulations); training of employees on new products.
Delegate tasks to employees, if possible, depending on their abilities.
Organize the working day (administrative, stock, breaks, etc.)
Keep the Linkage Book and train new employees to use it.
Arrange motivating sales targets.
Collaboration with the Store Manager:
Forward important information relating to the daily business of the Store Manager.
Keep the Store Manager up to date on employees.
Respect the guidelines of the Store Manager and represent these to the team.
Maintain open communication with the Store Manager.
Complete further delegated duties of the Store Manager (if something is unclear, ask the Store Manager).
