* Participate in the development of the global communication strategy of the brand in collaboration with the senior management
* Oversee the development and management of advertisement campaigns and manage agencies and budgets
* Manage the production of digital and print assets to support the media, social media, PR and sales strategy
* Define, create and manage the corporate identity guidelines
Media
* Define the global media strategy across all channels and ensure its implementation in the markets
* Define the annual media plan, in line with the brand strategy. Coordinate, verify and follow up on media plans of subsidiaries to ensure appropriate execution, brand positioning and overall quality
* Oversee the media budget, planification and price negotiation
* Develop excellent relationships with key media, and identify new partnership opportunities
Web
* Oversee the management of our website and e-commerce platform
* Manage the relationship with key agencies and contribute to budget negotiation
* Ensure consistency of the web with the overall communication strategy
Social Media
* Oversee the management of our social media
* Ensure consistency of the social media channels with the overall communication strategy
* Ensure local social media needs are supported by HQ team
People
* Lead and manage the HQ communication team, ensuring planning and coordination across teams and projects
* Provide leadership and guidance to brand managers and local marketing coordinators.
