About the Role
In this role you will work with the business partners to identify and understand their needs, assess the impact of the system, process changes and document the same. You will participate in the solution and process design by defining the requirements, develop selection methodologies/scoring. You will closely work with Solution architects from Digital organization, Functional leaders from Business and suppliers, build consensus to find the right and acceptable solution. This position is accountable for deliverables in Business Requirements, Solution design, Training and User Acceptance testing phases of Supply chain projects. You will also be the key liaison for all communications with the solution provider and business.
What You Will Do
* You would closely work with global business, digital and supplier team to drive and lead digital supply chain multiple initiatives/projects for SAP/S4- MM/PP/LE Modules simultaneously and deliver key artifacts such as requirements documentation, fit/gap analysis, data modeling, test documentation and execution, key user training, issue identification and resolution.
* You would involve in analyzing, supporting the production system issue to business.
* Envision creative solutions to business challenges through constant analysis of the organization's strategic business needs.
* Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their vision.
* Establish common processes and platforms; drive standards and best-practices.
* Drive for the optimal business process reflecting industry trend and best practices.
* Communicate effectively with business to identify needs and evaluate or justify alternative business solutions with project management or change management process.
* Deliver informative, concise, well-organized presentations, develop relationships with users that foster better collaboration and manage user expectations effectively.
* Conduct ROI and benefits assessment on initiatives.
* Flexible to work with global team with different time zone cross and effectively collaborating with suppliers from near and on/offshore.
What You Need
* Bachelor’s Degree required with total 15+ years of experience with minimum of 10+ years of experience in SAP SCM Projects (SAP or S4 HANA with MM, PP, WM/LE module with at least 3-5 end to end lifecycle Implementation).
* Experience in Migrating the system from ECC to S4/HANA system with CBO analyses.
* Should have strong business process (electronic manufacturing industry) knowledge in procurement process, trading process, Sales Inventory and Operations Planning and logistics execution.
* Should have cross functional modules like SD, FI, PLM, EDI.
* Strong understanding of the System Development Lifecycle and the ability to manage each phase of the lifecycle to completion.
* In-depth knowledge of business analysis techniques, methodologies and tools.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
* Proven ability to influence outcomes through persuasion, effective communication, and relationship building.
* Must have mastery and experience with tools such as MS Office, Visio, SharePoint, JIRA, and Project Management tools.
What Is Nice To Have
* Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to Consumer electronics industry or tools such as Gen AI in supply chain.
* Master’s Degree / MBA from a top-tier school preferred.
* Ability to influence and drive change throughout the organization.
