Relationship Manager (MENA Market)
The Role:
You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients from Lebanon and the broader Middle East region.
Your role will involve building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored financial solutions to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
1. Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients from Lebanon and the Middle East.
2. Understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and preferences to provide personalized advice.
3. Recommend suitable financial products and services that meet clients' needs.
Business Development:
1. Identify opportunities to expand the client base through networking and prospecting.
2. Develop a strategic business plan to attract new clients from Lebanon and the Middle East.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience and drive business growth.
Onboarding and Client Services:
1. Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and excellent first impression.
2. Coordinate with various departments to fulfill client requests promptly and efficiently.
3. Monitor client portfolios and proactively address any issues or concerns.
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
1. Prepare detailed business cases for client portfolios, including revenue projections, risk assessments, and growth strategies.
2. Regularly review portfolio performance and provide timely, insightful performance reports to clients.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, preferably with clients from Lebanon and the Middle East.
* Strong understanding of financial products and investment strategies.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
