Client Service Management Specialist
Full time office role (100% in the office)
Zürich, Switzerland location
12 months fixed term contract
Responsibilities:
* The role of Client Service Specialist is to help corporate clients in solving their transactional inquiries related to securities and custody services.
* Ensure query resolution until completion withing agreed service level and at client satisfaction.
* Coordinate between clients and internal stakeholders as well external partners e.g., custodians.
* Keep management systems up to date with client information.
* Educate clients on account services and capabilities.
* Help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings.
* Collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests.
* Plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials.
* Provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities.
Skills and Experience:
* Understanding of financial and securities services, preferably in settlements and securities transfers
* Experience in client servicing
* Knowledge of securities and global custody products
