Project Engineer Fill & Finish 100% (m/w/x)Start Date: 20/01/2025 to 28/03/2025 Responsibilities: Serve as the primary technical contact for the project. Provide input to define Detailed Engineering and project schedules. Organize and review project activities with internal and external parties. Manage communication between stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Conduct project risk analysis to support management decisions. Identify financial aspects for scope changes. Propose corrective actions or improvements based on lessons learned. Define qualification documents with quality engineers and QA teams. Identify and maintain project documentation using QRM methodology. Ensure updates of project documentation and schedules. Support maintenance and calibration activities. Apply engineering best practices and guidelines. Implement divisional and corporate procedures and internal standards. Complete required training in a timely manner. Act as the project engineer for another EWP when needed. Support commissioning/SAT and qualification (PQ) of assigned EWP. Assist in writing protocols/reports for facility extension equipment. Ensure compatibility with organizational procedures and industry standards. Define and implement safety measures to prevent injury risks. Update HAZOP and coordinate working sessions with project teams. Keep training up to date to perform all listed activities. Provide updates and feedback to the site plant engineering manager. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Minimum of 5 years experience in project engineering, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. Proficiency in engineering software and tools, strong understanding of c GMP, GEP, and industry standards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; French is a plus. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience leading project teams and coordinating with various stakeholders.
