Your Role
* Lead the digital transformation of global procurement processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
* Analyze and optimize procurement workflows, eliminating inefficiencies and enabling automation.
* Implement digital tools and platforms for procurement, ensuring seamless integration with existing ERP systems (S/4HANA, ARIBA).
* Promote the adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, RPA, blockchain) to enhance efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
* Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track procurement performance and supplier compliance.
* Oversight of change management efforts, including training and stakeholder engagement, as well as collaboration with IT and external vendors to ensure system reliability, scalability, and security.
