We're looking for an experienced Lead to partner with senior management, analyzing critical business trends, recommending actions, and driving strategic priorities.
Main Responsibilities
1. Deliver actionable insights to management based on performance indicators, including acquisition, growth, retention, pipeline of partnerships, engagement across Forum communities, and event-specific engagement of partner constituents.
2. Collaborate with Business and Centre leadership teams to set strategic goals, measure progress, and advise on operational improvement areas.
3. Lead the design, implementation, and adoption of new intelligence tools in collaboration with technical teams to support data literacy and operational excellence efforts.

Preferred Requirements and Experience
1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, or equivalent, or Master's Degree or relevant work experience.
Work Experience
1. 5+ years of relevant work experience in Business Operations, Management Consulting, or Investment Banking.
Knowledge and Skills
1. Solid presentation skills and ability to influence and persuade senior leaders.
2. Strong problem-solving skills with ability to manage conflicting priorities and address complex cases.
3. Robust Excel, data analytics, and statistical skills, preferably with SQL data querying knowledge or experience handling large datasets.
4. Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams both on-site and remotely.
5. Knowledge of Salesforce and Tableau is a plus.
