Responsibilities
* Manage assigned customer accounts, providing financial guidance to senior management.
* Collaborate in contract handover meetings with Product Management to identify and mitigate contractual risks.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handle feedback, and coordinate review meetings.
* Lead engine shop visit kick-off meetings, attended by Ops Project Lead, Engineering, and Purchasing, ensuring accurate delivery information.
* Organize and coordinate Table Inspections with customers.
* Communicate commercial and timeline-related topics during shop visits and ensure on-time delivery.
* Offer part replacements and exchanges, communicating their financial aspects to customers.
* Initiate and facilitate Closing-the-Loop review meetings after engine shop visits, incorporating feedback into the organization.
* Maintain profitability within contractual boundaries.
* Issue preliminary invoices based on estimated costs and review main/final invoices at shop visit completion.
* Create accruals for discounts, marketing fees, TAT penalties, warranty risks, and potential invoice disputes.
* Resolve and settle invoice disputes with customers.
* Support cash collection processes, involving Sales.
Your Profile
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 3 years of commercial/technical experience, preferably in the MRO industry.
* At least 3 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in MRO.
* Strong understanding of the MRO or related aerospace business.
* Business acumen and contract knowledge.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and intercultural awareness skills.
* Fluency in English; Chinese proficiency is an asset.
