STAXS has been a leading supplier of cleanroom consumables and services to the Pharma and Life Sciences industries across Europe since 1995. As part of CWS Cleanrooms, STAXS represents the cleanroom consumables platform and offers full-service solutions alongside CWS, providing everything from textiles to cleaning services, training, on-site support, and consumables.

What will you be doing as a Sales Representative?
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, and drug manufacturing sectors.
Build strong, sustainable relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Strategically position STAXS products in the market and expand commercial activities with existing customers.
Create brand awareness for STAXS through effective business development and lead generation.
Negotiate contracts and act as the main point of contact for the entire sales process.
Collaborate with your Regional Sales Manager to develop and implement your annual sales plan and provide market insights.

Are a dynamic and goal-oriented person with a natural ability to hunt for new business opportunities and a passion for business development.
Have a bachelor’s degree and experience in sales, especially in B2B environments like life sciences or similar industries.
Enjoy connecting with people and have strong communication skills in English, German, and French, along with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
