Job Title: Project Manager Analytics
AO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager Analytics to lead data-driven decision-making for its digital community platform.
Main Responsibilities
* Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze user behaviour, engagement patterns, and platform usage data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
* Provide actionable insights to optimize user retention, engagement, and satisfaction.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards to track platform health and success metrics.
* Reporting and Visualization: Prepare regular reports and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to the Head of Digital Platform Operations and other stakeholders.
* Create ad-hoc analysis and presentations to support specific platform initiatives and decision-making processes.
* Collaboration and Strategy Alignment: Work closely with the Head of Digital Platform Operations to align analytics efforts with strategic goals and platform development priorities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to provide data-driven recommendations for feature enhancements and new initiatives.
* User Behaviour Research: Conduct deep dives into user journeys to understand behaviours, preferences, and barriers to engagement.
* Segment users to identify target audiences and tailor platform features to their needs.
* Predictive and Advanced Analytics: Leverage predictive analytics and machine learning models (if applicable) to forecast user behaviour and recommend proactive strategies.
* Provide insights into potential user trends and anticipate future needs of the community.
* Platform Testing and Optimization: Collaborate on A/B testing and experiments to validate feature changes and design adaptations.
* Continuously iterate on data collection and analysis processes to improve accuracy and relevance.
* Data Governance and Tools: Ensure data accuracy, privacy, and compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., GDPR).
* Select, implement, and manage analytics tools and platforms as needed to support data collection and analysis.
Main Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in analytics, with a focus on digital platforms, user behavior analysis, or community management.
* Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive data-informed decisions.
* Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar).
* Advanced skills in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
* Experience with A/B testing tools and techniques.
* Knowledge of predictive modelling and machine learning concepts is a plus.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
* Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
