Senior (Quantitative) Software Engineer Role at Triaina
We are looking for a highly skilled and well-rounded developer with expertise in performance-oriented software development in C++, software architecture, and backend services design to join our team as a Senior (Quantitative) Software Engineer.
This role is ideal for a developer who can design, develop, and scale a robust backend architecture for predictive modeling, architect and build performance-oriented backend services, state-of-the-art supply chain models, and algorithms with efficient data integration.
Responsibilities
* Design, Develop, and Scale: Design, develop, and scale a robust backend architecture for predictive modeling;
* Backend Development: Architect and build performance-oriented backend services, state-of-the-art supply chain models, and algorithms with efficient data integration.
* Collaborate with Domain Experts: Work alongside our Entrepreneur-in-Residence, data scientists, and engineers to solve complex real-world problems.
* DevOps & QA: Familiarity with DevOps and QA best practices.
Requirements
* C++ Skills: Strong C++ skills to architect and build performance-oriented software.
* Experience: 3+ years of experience in backend software development.
* Expertise: Expertise in backend architecture, APIs, and database design (SQL).
* Familiarity: Familiarity with Python.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make independent tech decisions.
* Environment: Comfortable in fast-paced, startup-like environments.
* Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) and serverless architectures.
* Data Pipelines: Experience with data pipelines and microservices.
* DevOps: Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and test automation.
* Supply Chain Experience: Experience in supply chain, logistics, or shipping tech.
