Nexthink is seeking a skilled Fullstack Software Engineer 4 to join its team in Lausanne, Switzerland. As the leader in digital employee experience management software, Nexthink provides IT leaders with unparalleled insight into their employees' digital experiences.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, delivering, and validating product features that enhance digital employee experience (DEX). This will involve working closely with the development team to create dynamic, step-by-step automation workflows that leverage the capabilities of the Nexthink web interface.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, deliver, and validate product features
* Improve the team's architecture, design, and development best practices
* Handle L3 support requests (together with the rest of the team)
* Participate actively in the technology roadmap
* Work with the agile iterative/incremental mindset and best practices and participate actively in the different ceremonies
Qualifications
* BSc or MSc in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
* Proficient experience with Java
* Proven experience with Frontend technologies (ideally ReactJs and Typescript)
* Experience in API design
* Comfortable using GIT and build tools (CI/CD)
* Able to design, implement, test, deliver, and maintain product features
* Passionate towards continuous improvement, lean thinking, and high-quality work
* Motivated for complex challenges and learning new technologies
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Professional-level English spoken and written
Nice to have:
* Practical knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker
* Strong refactoring and test automation abilities
* Experience with observability and Cloud
