Key Responsibilities
* Establish and maintain effective customer relationships
* Sell products or services based on customer needs and creator requirements
* Manage social media profiles and ensure consistent branding
* Conduct sales-related tasks and activities
* Update customer profiles and maintain accurate records
Requirements
* Fluent or native English speaker
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A stable internet connection with backup from a different provider (minimum 50mbps)
* Proficient typing skills (at least 50wpm)
* Reliable computer or laptop
* Experience in sales and/or customer service management is advantageous
* Fresh graduates and those without experience are also encouraged to apply
