About the role
As Customer Marketing Manager PH, your role is to develop, define and execute the channel and customer strategy by identifying growth opportunities and delivering strong customer execution plans.
Your Responsibilities
* Developing commercial solutions, based on the shopper journey and category insights.
* Execute the annual promotion plan: develop insight-based and data-driven activation plans per channel/retailer, execute them flawlessly and ensure continuous improvement of activities year on year.
* Develop compelling sell-in stories for our sales teams (key account and field force).
* Customizing the local categories vision & strategy and providing support for the customers in developing a long-term plan for the categories.
* Continuously improve the effectiveness of activities and category management solutions while finding new ways to drive category growth with key retailers.
* Deeply analyze shopper/retailer activations with market and customer data to ensure the business is spending money efficiently (ROI).
* Collaborate and co-create closely with the cross-functional teams to ensure that respective input is integrated into all customer/shopper activation plans.
* Become a persistent “Face” to the customer and initiate and execute key projects at TOP customers.
* Providing best-in-class assortment and shelf management services to identify potentials at customer level.
* Provide category thought leadership around brand & category initiatives based on the OTC category vision and strategy.
* Develop channel go-to-market strategies on innovations and design strategies to access the right channels, validated with business cases.
* Drive overarching projects and strategic initiatives.
* Co-operate closely with the global and regional teams to ensure area insights and requirements are included in globally created shopper toolkits.
* Drive complexity reduction by continuously optimizing ways of working with supply and external partners.
* Agency and external supplier management.
* Budget ownership.
Your qualifications
* University degree in business administration, economics or related.
* Several years of work experience within an FMCG/Healthcare organization.
* Strategic thinking and true understanding of shopper insights and customers.
* Passionate about driving brands & creating a seamless product experience for our shopper in the PH channel.
* Highly innovative and results-driven personality.
* Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, passion, growth mindset, and learning agility.
* Strong collaboration & stakeholder management skills, demonstrated in excellent management of internal and external stakeholders (e.g., agencies) and cross-functional teams.
* Strong project management skills, experienced in managing several complex projects in parallel.
* Channel know-how of Pharmacy.
* Hands-on & can-do mentality.
