About Our Role
We are seeking a seasoned Paid Media Specialist to join our Digital Engagement & Marketing Department.
1. Media Planning & Campaign Execution:
o Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing media strategies to drive reach, engagement, and acquisition across multiple channels.
o Lead the planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting of marketing media activities across programmatic, paid social, and reservation platforms.
o Manage multiple campaigns from concept to execution and evaluation, ensuring timely delivery and effective ROI measurement.
o Evaluate and improve campaign performance through data-driven insights and innovation.
2. Creative Development & Innovation:
o Oversee the creation of high-quality paid media assets, adhering to industry best practices and brand guidelines.
o Collaborate with internal teams and external agency partners to develop innovative and impactful creative solutions.
3. Project & Agency Management:
o Establish and maintain strong relationships with external media agencies, ensuring alignment on media strategies and objectives.
o Oversee campaign budgeting, financial management, and invoice reconciliation processes.
o Implement efficient agency workflows to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
4. Marketing Data & Technology:
o Leverage technology to enhance audience targeting, automation, and measurement capabilities across paid media channels.
o Work closely with the Digital Data & Analytics (DDnA) and Product teams to develop audience segmentation strategies and optimize campaign targeting.
o Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards across all media activations.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
o Design and manage real-time performance dashboards to inform campaign decisions.
o Develop standardized measurement frameworks to track campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
o Stay up-to-date with industry trends and share knowledge to optimize future planning and activation efforts.
The Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, advertising, or a related field; Advanced education is a plus.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in performance-driven Paid Media, preferably in an agency or brand-side media role.
They will possess hands-on expertise in media planning, buying, and optimization across Google, Meta, TikTok, X (Twitter), and Programmatic DSPs.
Strong Project Management skills are essential to lead multi-channel campaigns from planning to execution and evaluation.
The candidate should have a deep understanding of AdTech and MarTech ecosystems, including DMPs/CDPs, Clean Rooms, Ad Servers, and Attribution platforms.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable challenging others and have excellent stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Power BI and a data-driven mindset are crucial. The candidate should be proactive, inquisitive, and possess excellent communication skills.
