Sales & Marketing Manager

We develop and manufacture high-quality products tailored for global high-voltage applications, serving prestigious clients including renowned OEMs worldwide. To ensure exceptional customer support, our sales team is strategically located in Switzerland and around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee sales and marketing activities for assigned accounts and regions, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
2. Meet and exceed sales volume and strategic targets.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including technical teams and C-level executives.
4. Conduct competitive market analysis, forecast trends, and identify growth opportunities.
5. Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's long-term goals.
6. Drive top-line growth within assigned accounts through effective account management and customer engagement.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored product and pricing strategies for key accounts.
8. Translate customer needs into actionable insights for product development and service improvement.
9. Work closely with internal departments such as production planning, product management, customer service, and R&D.
10. Lead marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
11. Identify and pursue new market opportunities and customer segments.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
* Native English speaker or equivalent proficiency.
* Proven track record in sales, marketing, and account management within an industrial environment.
* Strong technical understanding and ability to engage with complex products and solutions.
* High level of customer orientation with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
