SAP Competence Center Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee a team of approximately 20 professionals in the SAP Competence Center.
* Collaborate with the IT manager to plan and prioritize strategic projects, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
* Discuss project implementation details with team leaders and work together to develop and execute strategies.
* Maintain comprehensive oversight of all SAP projects, guaranteeing they are completed within established timeframes, budgets, and cost constraints.
* Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external resources, including consulting companies, to effectively manage project requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
* University degree or college diploma in Information Technology or related field.
* Extensive knowledge of SAP software and its applications.
* Proven experience in team leadership and management.
* Effective project management skills, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
* Strong leadership, change management, and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration and negotiation.
* Solution-oriented mindset with analytical and synthetic thinking capabilities.
* Excellent proficiency in French or German, with good command of English.
