Job Responsibilities
* Complete and deliver maintenance tasks on customer aircrafts in compliance with contracted services and customer expectations.
* Perform inspections, repairs, modifications, and component replacements based on current authorization and training level.
* Communicate with customer liaison engineers, MCC, and customer service representatives to ensure they are informed of developments.
* Ensure the standard of work meets company standards and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain equipment, tools, and premises in satisfactory condition and report discrepancies.
* Deliver high health and safety and quality standards.
* Improve work environment through continuous improvement standards.
* Perform 5S at workplace.
* Other duties as required.
Your Profile
* Experience working in Aviation MRO environment.
* Aircraft maintenance experience with valid EASA Part 66 License B1 or B2.
* Hold type ratings.
* High degree of customer focus.
* Able to work effectively in team and independently.
* Demonstrate knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation.
* Fluent English (written and oral).
* Flexible and able to work night shift and weekend.
* Good physical condition.
* Hold full driver's license for airside driving in Switzerland.
