Join our Finance team as Head of Accounting and take a key role in shaping our financial processes and ensuring compliance across all entities. You will report directly to the Head of Finance & Risk Controlling.
What you can achieve with us:
* Lead and coordinate the preparation of radicant’s group accounting and financial statements for all entities, ensuring compliance with Swiss banking regulations and parent company guidelines.
* Develop and maintain an efficient internal control system (ICS) for financial accounting.
* Oversee financial consolidation and prepare periodic reports for the Executive Committee, Board of Directors, parent company.
* Manage and mentor an international accounting team, providing technical and leadership guidance.
* Collaborate with external and internal auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.
* Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of regulatory financial reporting, including FINMA and SNB requirements.
* Support budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with the Head of Finance & Risk Controlling.
* Continuously optimise and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.
* Contribute to financial projects driving radicant's growth and innovation.
What you bring to the table:
* Higher education degree in business administration, economics, or equivalent; advanced qualifications (e.g., CPA) are a plus.
* At least 5 years of professional experience in Accounting or Controlling within a Swiss bank or financial institution.
* Deep knowledge of Swiss accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills paired with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic start-up environment and embrace change.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on cross-functional teamwork.
* High proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with tools like Abacus, Finnova, and Fire.
* Fluency in English and German is essential.
