Product management oncology cancer registries - ensuring that cancer data are collected, documented, and transferred in a structured way to the national cancer registries and kept up to date with the latest legal requirements and ensure that the product is compliant with the certification specifications.
Your Responsibilities:
* Definition and implementation of product roadmap and strategy.
* Communication with OnkoZert, ADT-GEKID, our customers, Dedalus internal stakeholders, and other Dedalus PBU's.
* Analysis, prioritization, and implementation of market requirements and trends in healthcare.
* Specification and validation of development requirements in close cooperation with end-users, UX designers, and development teams, including leading business analysts.
* Clinical and functional guidance of the development team and adjacent areas such as documentation.
* Drive the continuous evolution of your product along innovation opportunities and market needs.
* Actively manage the communication about your product towards customers, services, and management.
* Contribute to an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
* Motivate, guide, and support your peers throughout the organization.
Your Qualifications:
* Medical Science or Engineering, equivalent program, or an equivalent combination of training and experience (e.g., experienced oncology nurse, oncology documentist).
* At least 5 years of experience in the oncology department of a German hospital.
* Subject matter expertise in oncology and related domains.
* Market knowledge in the oncology IT sector.
* Self-motivated product manager who wants to optimize results for our customers.
* Very good analytic capabilities to manage conflicting inputs in different agile projects (scrum).
* Strong affinity to IT topics.
* Strong business acumen and a motivated team player.
* Excellent communication skills in German and English.
* Self-management skills and self-starter attitude.
* Mathematics and statistics knowledge is a plus.
