Your mission We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Head of Digital Experience to lead the development and management of the Audi F1 Digital Ecosystem. This role is responsible for creating a scalable, fan-centric digital platform that enhances engagement, drives data-driven marketing, and unlocks new commercial opportunities for the Audi F1 team. As we enter Audi’s debut F1 season in 2026, this role will be critical in launching and optimizing the Audi F1 Digital Platform, ensuring seamless user journeys, data governance, and commercialization strategies. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in digital strategy, platform management, CRM, and fan engagement ecosystems.
Lead the development and execution of the Audi F1 Digital Platform, ensuring a seamless, scalable, and innovative fan experience
Oversee platform architecture, user experience (UX) design, and CRM system integration to enhance fan engagement, data acquisition, and loyalty
Develop and manage data governance frameworks to ensure strict compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies
Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (Marketing, IT, Legal) and external partners to ensure technical feasibility and commercial success of the platform
Drive commercialization strategies for fan monetization, digital content activation, and integration of third-party partnerships
Define and execute a roadmap for continuous platform development and improvement to ensure long-term growth and sustainability
Ensure seamless data flow and insights generation to support targeted marketing and audience segmentation
Align platform strategy with Partner ecosystems while maintaining independence for specific needs
Your profile Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
7+ years of experience in digital platforms, CRM, or fan engagement ecosystems, preferably within the sports, automotive, or technology industries
Proven track record of leading large-scale digital projects and delivering impactful fan engagement solutions
Strong expertise in data governance, CRM systems (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce), and fan engagement strategies
Understanding of fan engagement models, loyalty programs, and digital monetization strategies
Ability to manage and align internal teams with external agencies and technology partners to achieve platform goals
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data analytics tools to optimize KPIs, improve UX, and drive platform performance
Proficiency in English language skills. German language skills will be an advantage
