You will implement analog components for our leading-edge ultra-low-power ICs and participate in the integration into the top-level IC designs.
In Precision Analog Center of Excellence, we are a key part of the new product development flow (NPD) with our customers relying on us to build state-of-the-art converters (DAC, ADC, TDC), PLL/DLL, etc., to ensure that their new products meet the requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Participate in feasibility studies and architecture definitions of new products.
* Develop low-power analog IP blocks (specification, schematic and layout CMOS and SOI design, Spice simulation).
* Contribute to the block integration in complex mixed-signal System-on-Chip (SoC) designs.
* Generate detailed specifications and verification plans for analog components and IC designs.
* Evaluate and characterize IC components in the lab.
* Support the production test development and the final circuit qualification.
