Job Description:
Your Responsibilities
1. You create the right transparency and visualization of defects and non-conformities to support/improve the defect culture/Quality-Mindset inside organization (areas of machining, assembly, test, and final pre-delivery inspection)
2. You support production organization in analysing non-conformities and implementing immediate and corrective actions (QRQC, 8D, 4D, 5 why, SHAININ projects, etc.)
3. You manage internal and support external audits (e.g.certification audits, process audits, product audits, customer audits, COP-Conformity of Product, etc.)
4. You review, verify and update production related Process-FMEAs and associated Product and Process Control Plans
5. You prepare regular KPI reports and report directly to BU management (focus on Non-Quality KPIs as example scraps, FTQ, FPY, etc.)
6. You are responsible for production product/process conformity to both ISO9001 and EN9100 quality standards
As a Team Leader:
1. You manage a team of Quality Engineers and Technicians who ensure the Quality insurance in manufacturing and assembly/test areas
2. You guarantee compliance with all applicable safety standards and legal regulations
3. You are in charge of your team capacity planning
4. You provide clear leadership, inspire and motivate staff to achieve excellence and mentor your team as they develop new skills
Your Profile
1. You have completed your Master or Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, production engineering, or similar qualifications
2. You have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in the field of quality management and/or manufacturing
3. You are a native speaker in French (C2), you speak fluently English (C1), whereas German would be an asset
4. You have advanced knowledge of MS Office and you are familiar with ERP, QS-STAT, SPC, Albatros, as well as Casqit, QSys
5. You are distinguished by your good communication and moderation skills and your independence
6. You are considered as someone who is constant and persevering, and you are able to manage and motivate a team of people
