Our client, a global and well known brand, is looking for Senior Key Account / Sales Director with full responsibility for the swiss market. The company is a world leading manufacturer of FMCG-goods and houses a broad brand-portfolio.
Job Description
Create a vision for the market and strategies to get there
P&L management incl. FC management
Successful execution of sales initiatives across customers and segments
Control of trade spend and cost of sales
Lead a commercial team & attract, develop, and retain talents.
Develop strong cross functional relationships with Trade Marketing, Category Management, Finance, Human Resources, Demand planning and Supply Chain
Top customer management from annual negotiation to execution of promotions
The Successful Applicant
BSc/BA in business administration, finance or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
Comprehensive FMCG experiences
Proper Swiss market and customer understanding is a plus
Proven track record as Senior KAM or Sales Director or similar roles
Extensive negotiation skills with proven track record
Team management experiences
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Strong analytical experience / P&L management experience
Influential leadership and result-oriented personality, with attention to details
Fluent in English
Travel Requirements (up to 40%)
