We are seeking an experienced MCC Controller to oversee the technical status of our client's aircraft in Zurich, Switzerland.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Monitor the operational status of all client aircraft.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for flight crews and Operations Control Center (OCC) regarding technical inquiries during operational hours.
3. Provide technical support to Maintenance and third-party maintenance organizations.
4. Maintain continuous airworthiness of the fleet.
5. Analyze reported defects across the fleet to ensure operational efficiency.
6. Manage Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations and oversee recovery processes.
7. E nsure adherence to company safety policies and maintenance practices.
8. Fulfill quality system and internal procedures requirements.
Requirements
1. Possession of a valid EASA Part 66 license.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in line maintenance.
3. Experience with Embraer E190 / E195-E1 and / or E2 is advantageous.
4. Proficiency in AMOS software is beneficial.
5. Strong ability to supervise and manage technical events and AOG situations under pressure.
6. Availability to work in a shift pattern with full shift duty capability.
7. Possession of a valid full driving license.
8. Ability to make critical decisions under time constraints.
9. Excellent troubleshooting and organizational skills.
10. Fluency in English (written and spoken); German is desirable.
