Personal Assistant H/F
for a fixed part-time contract.
DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION:
Facilitate all office and administrative matters for Principal to operate at maximum efficiency.
As required, manage Principal:
* Agenda
* Conference calls
* Meetings
* Lunches, parties
* Travel
Administration Office:
* Home management
* Office administration
* Mail reception
* Database management
* Inventory management
* House maintenance
PROFIL ATTENDU:
* Relevant education needed to perform the Executive Assistant duties.
* 10 years experience as an Executive Assistant position or similar.
* Excellent business presence.
* Fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
* Excellent writing skills.
* Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
