Your mission We are looking for a proactive and curious Marketing Intern to support the Audi F1 Team marketing across a wide range of topics—from brand and brand activation, to digital platforms, merchandising & licensing, and marketing performance tracking. As part of a fast-growing team preparing for Audi’s official entry into Formula 1 in 2026, you will gain exposure to high-impact projects and work closely with internal experts and external partners. Support the marketing team in day-to-day operations and project coordination across all key workstreams. Assist in the preparation and execution of brand activation and partner campaigns Manage and track digital platform content, assets, and CRM initiatives Contribute to merchandising, licensing, and e-commerce initiatives Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and marketing performance evaluations Conduct competitive research and compile trend reports across sports, automotive, and digital marketing Help coordinate with agencies, support event preparation, and review creative assets Maintain team documentation and marketing calendars Support internal communication and alignment across departments Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas Your profile Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, sports management, or a related field Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, social media tools, or CMS is a plus Strong interest in sports, digital marketing, and brand experience Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment Team player with a proactive mindset and a hands-on attitude Proficiency in English language skills.
