Payroll Specialist/Payroll Administrator (d/m/w) (focus on Germany)
In this exciting and varied position, you will be primarily responsible for the complete administrative support of our store and outlet employees in Germany. This includes all administrative issues from joining to leaving, the smooth processing of monthly payroll accounting with the SAP HCM system, and all related follow-up activities. These mainly include, but are of course not limited to, contact with the responsible social security and tax authorities. Another focus is on advising employees in person, by telephone, and by e-mail. The preparation of evaluations and statistics as well as smaller project tasks round off your diverse range of tasks.
Your skills and qualifications:
* You have completed commercial/tax training or a degree with a focus on business administration or human resources
* You have several years of experience in the field of human resources, ideally with a focus on payroll accounting in Germany
* You are familiar with SAP HCM or a comparable payroll or accounting program and have a good command of MS Excel
* You are characterized by good comprehension skills, flexibility, and enjoy working independently and self-organized
* Service orientation, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a team are among your strengths
* You have a good command of English
