About the Position:
This role requires a well-organized self-motivated individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure well.
* Able to multitask prioritize tasks effectively and maintain attention to detail.
* Familiarity with international cuisines and appreciation for cultural diversity.
* Strong culinary and catering background with experience in managing kitchen operations.
* Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene protocols with ability to implement and maintain standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Work closely with kitchen management to ensure smooth operation of all kitchen sections.
* Prepare and cook high-quality dishes with consistency using only the freshest ingredients.
* Take charge of assigned section including ordering preparation and service.
* Step into other kitchen sections as needed including pastry with guidance.
* Delegate tasks and support junior team members to ensure seamless execution.
* Maintain highest standards of hygiene proper food storage and efficient inventory management.
