Job Responsibilities
* You will identify and engage with potential customers in the German-speaking part of Switzerland through various outreach methods, encompassing both B2B and B2C segments.
* In-depth field consultations with customers will enable you to understand their energy requirements and tailor solar solutions that meet their specific needs.
* You will educate customers on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental advantages, and available incentives.
* Collaboration with our technical team is essential to design solar energy systems that cater to each customer's unique specifications.
* Preparation of comprehensive proposals, featuring cost estimates, financing options, and projected ROI, will be key to driving the sales process forward.
* You will oversee the sales process from initial contact through contract signing, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
* Post-sale support will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating a seamless installation process.
* Staying abreast of industry trends, regulations, and competitive offerings will be crucial in maintaining a competitive edge in the market.
* Maintenance of reports on sales activities will also be required.
The Ideal Candidate
* A background in Sales or a related field is essential.
* No less than 3 years of sales experience is necessary.
* Previous experience in the energy, real estate, construction, or insurance sectors is viewed as a significant asset.
* Management of projects in a dynamic environment is expected.
* Solution-oriented and customer-focused approach is vital.
* Commercial acumen and ability to work independently are also required.
* Proficiency in (Swiss) German (C2) and English (B2); French is considered a desirable skill.
