About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled flavorist to join our team. As a flavorist, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing natural and synthetic flavors for food products.
1. Create innovative flavor solutions for various food applications, including beverages, confectionery, and dairy products.
2. Collaborate with the R&D, quality, and production teams to ensure that our products meet market requirements.
3. Conduct sensory tests and laboratory analyses to validate the quality of our developments.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current regulations, including European standards and FDA guidelines.
5. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to adapt our solutions to market trends and customer expectations.
Your Profile:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
1. A degree in chemistry, biochemistry, food science, or equivalent training.
2. Proven experience in food flavor development, ideally within the food industry.
3. In-depth knowledge of aromatic raw materials and their interactions.
4. Developed sensory sensitivity and ability to identify and adjust flavor profiles.
5. Mastery of current regulations and food safety standards.
6. A spirit of innovation, scientific rigor, and a taste for teamwork.
