We are seeking a highly motivated student to join our Chief of Staff team as a Student Support Assistant 20% (8h per week) for 12 months. You will report directly to the Chief of Staff of our Coffee Systems division.
Responsibilities
* Data collection and transfer: Collect data through surveys, interviews, or online sources, organize and analyze data using spreadsheet software, transfer data between different platforms or systems.
* Administrative support: Assist with scheduling, email correspondence, and file management, organize and maintain documents and records in an efficient manner, handle data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
* Research: Conduct in-depth online research on specified topics, summarize and organize information from diverse sources, generate comprehensive reports based on research findings for the Market Intelligence team.
* Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of projects, collaborate with team members on specific project tasks, prepare presentations and project documentation as required, direct insights into the projects.
* Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to tasks and projects, keep accurate records of completed work and progress.
* Collaboration: Work effectively within a team structure, collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
Requirements
* Education: Currently enrolled as a student (Bachelor or Master).
* IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
* Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and German. Liaise with team members and stakeholders for information gathering and updates, respond to emails and messages in a timely and professional manner, and maintain confidentiality.
* Problem Solving: Address ad-hoc challenges and contribute to problem-solving efforts, and seek guidance when faced with unfamiliar tasks.
* Time Management: Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance, manage time effectively to meet deadlines, and demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Learning and Adaptation: Quickly learn new tools, software, or processes relevant to the tasks at hand, and adapt to changes in project requirements or priorities.
