Position Summary
To manage and prepare entire assembly kits out of storage materials and manufactured as ready-to-use and to the point-of-use. This includes incoming inventory, short term warehousing, dispatching, and archiving manufacturing documents for mechanical and electrical parts from overall production shops and installation teams.
For a six-month contract, or permanent hourly contract, we are looking for a HandyMan / Logistics Specialist.
Main Responsibilities
Transport Collect the post every morning at the Airport Main building.
Collect all the products required at the Airport Freight.
Collect all the purchased items for the company in Geneva and surroundings.
Bring and collect any goods to be repaired outside the airport site.
In charge of bringing all the people required from the security gate.
Transfer any customers from building to building upon request.
Transport all the recycle products to the appropriate area.
Responsible for the follow-up of car maintenance and services.
General
Facility building maintenance first intervention.
Fill the consumables blue cags in the hangar.
Ensure the cleanliness of the logistic area.
Prepare all the required materials and equipment for audits.
Photocopy paper stock.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the SR Manager SCM in relation to duties and qualifications.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 1 year experience as a logistic agent.
Driving license mandatory (B).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of the aerospace industry and the regulatory framework is an advantage.
Ability to work on shift.
Apprenticeship or similar education in logistics or material management.
Work experience in manufacturing business and understanding of electronic and mechanical part handling.
Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
