* Analyze category and market dynamics (sell in and sell out) highlighting the performance of the company, including identification of actionable commercial insights.
* Develop and execute strategies to maximize range, space, location, availability, and macrospace for Frozen, by channel when applicable, always with a category objective approach (Category Management / Perfect Store guidelines).
* Develop and execute Category plans specifically for the assigned channels: convenience stores and Food Service.
* Responsible for executing Assortment Strategy: guidelines, tracking & monitoring.
* Guide Foodservice Promotional plans and key FS category initiatives.
* Drive Retail and Shopper Media execution.
* Partner with KAM team to gain external engagement for key category growth platforms.
* Monitor innovation performance and propose actionable plans to help them grow.
* Raise the capability of the commercial teams in understanding the shopper and the category.
* Support the Category and Revenue Growth Manager in different topics regarding the Category agenda and in the definition of the Category plans.

* Bring 1 / 2+ years of commercial experience in Category, Sales, Customer Marketing, or Insights role.
* Hold a graduation degree preferably in business administration or marketing or a commercial apprenticeship.
* Have practical Category Management experience and Swiss Retail Market understanding.
* Fluent in German and English (a must); French and Italian are a plus.
* Ability to use Nielsen tools (Nielsen Discover and Spaceman) is a plus.
* Strong analytical and inquisitive mindset together with FMCG passion and interest.
