What will you be doing as Junior Global Brand Manager Critical Care?
* Contributes to global marketing plans and strategies in the Critical Care portfolio
* Supports planning and execution of assigned clinical programs and projects
* Responsible for medical content of global marketing materials and communication elements
* Contributes to execution of scientific publication program and to international expert communication and development
* Helps to organize international congresses, symposia and expert meetings
* Contributes to internal and external specialist training and education
* Supports development and maintenance of portfolio related online information and web sites
* Helps local affiliations in marketing related questions
* Contributes to market research and processing market information and competitor intelligence
Who are you?
* Medical science / life science background (university degree; MSc., PhD a plus)
* Previous 0-2 years of pharmaceutical/biologics medical or marketing experience; specialty care or biologicals is regarded as a plus
* Used to work diligently with scientific information and scientific data and able to translate into adjusted communication
* Able to develop suitable tactical measures for successful multi-channel customer communication
* Excellent communication, presentation and motivation skills and knowledge of relevant communication technologies
* Strong team player in international teams and familiar with working with multiple nationalities
* Professional level English language skills are essential; German and additional languages are a plus
* Willing to learn, open-minded, creative, and self-motivated
* Willing to travel (approximately 25%).
The IBU Critical Care Department
* The International Business Unit Critical Care is part of the three Business Units: IBU Haematology, IBU Critical Care and IBU Immunotherapy
* The overall responsibility of the unit is to ensure long-term portfolio development by generating customer oriented mid- and long-term strategies for improving solutions in Critical Care and to contribute to the financial sustainable success of the organization
* We specialize in global medical marketing, strategic and business development, as well as portfolio and pipeline project management
* The department consists of 5 people and the role will report to the Head of International Business Unit Critical Care
* The position is situated in Lachen, Switzerland and requires physical presence in the office
