As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for working with our internal technical and business teams to understand our business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. You will also be responsible for working with our Program Office team to ensure that our products are built to meet our evolving business requirements.
The Technical Business Analyst will work closely with members of the Program Office team and internal stakeholders to identify, assess and improve our business analytics and technical solutions and lead improvement initiatives/program.
Responsibilities:
* Work with the individual Program Office project manager to develop project scope and timeline
* Analyze and interpret user requirements, user stories, use cases, and system architecture documents
* Participate in design and testing activities, review code, and participate in system implementations
* Assist with maintaining and documenting systems
* Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, policies, and procedures
* Diligence in reviewing data to be input to system
* Identify, quantify, and document business process improvements
* Identify, analyze, and document user interface issues
* Create user documentation including process flows, roles and responsibilities, and use cases
* Train users on system processes and application
* Identify and resolve system-specific issues through research and analysis
* Perform other duties as assigned
* Communicate changes to relevant stakeholders and ensure awareness and understanding
* Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of processes and governance
* Regularly analyze and report on performance metrics, making adjustments as needed
Candidate Profile:
* Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business analytics or a related field
* 4+ years work experience in a technical analytics and development role
* Proven ability to research, troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
* Strong data gathering and analysis skills
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
* Proven experience in agile project management and LEAN methodology
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas of improvement and ensure solution meet desired outcomes.
* Solid understanding of industry best practices and standards applicable to CAPEX projects.
* Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders including experience in change management
* Advanced proficiency in project management tools and excel
* Fluency in English is a must (C1 Level), Fluency in German advantageous (B2 level)
