1. Business Analyst (BA) – 40%
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in:
Identity and Access Management
Master Data Management
Data Management & Data Science
Fluent in German and French
Role & Responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst, you will be a key player in analyzing business needs and optimizing processes to ensure the seamless execution of digital initiatives. You’ll work closely with EPIC owners and enterprise architects to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring smooth project delivery and business alignment.
2. Project Management Officer (PMO) – 35%
We are looking for a skilled PMO with knowledge of:
JIRA for project tracking and coordination
SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies
Fluent in German and French
Role & Responsibilities:
As a PMO, you will provide vital project coordination, administrative support, and help optimize processes. Your role will include managing JIRA workflows, ensuring consistent reporting, and supporting EPIC planning and execution to ensure projects run on time and within scope.
