are looking for a Boutique Manager, for a luxury fashion brand.
In our recruitment agency we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium
and High Premium sectors around Europe, where we have offices in strategic
locations such as Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, Lisbon and Munich.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the Zurich flagship store of a renowned luxury fashion brand.
Key Responsibilities as Boutique Manager:
- Analytics and KPIs: Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to drive improvements.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve their best.
- Clienteling and PR:Build strong relationships with clients and manage public relations efforts.
- Stock Supervision: Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels.
Qualifications for the Boutique Manager
- Proven experience in luxury retail management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of the local market and key stakeholders
- High energy, excellent organizational skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Passion for fashion, with a strong drive to exceed sales targets
- German and English fluen
