You will report to the Team Leader HR Business Partnering and will have the following responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for line managers and employees in the assigned divisions, providing guidance and support on HR matters.
* Lead and execute talent acquisition activities to support the recruitment plans for the assigned areas.
* Advise and assist line managers in addressing employee relations issues, such as complaints, personnel challenges, immigration matters, policy inquiries, and other HR topics.
* Contribute to the development, revision, and implementation of HR policies and guidelines in alignment with global HR standards and programs.
* Collaborate closely with business controllers to manage budget, headcount, and workforce planning initiatives.
Qualifications:
* University degree or further education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong expertise in local HR legislation, company policies and processes combined with some experience with international teams/environments.
* Fluency in (Swiss) German and English.
* Full proficiency in MS Office is a must and knowledge of Success Factors is highly appreciated.
* Energetic and driven personality with a strong customer-focused mindset.
* A passionate, curious, and enthusiastic quick learner with the ability to navigate complex environments.
* A confident and pragmatic individual with a hands-on approach.
