The European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) is looking for an Digital Campaign Junior Specialist to join its ESMO Web and Digital Services Department.
MISSION OF THE POSITION
The Digital Campaign Junior Specialist will be part of the Web and Digital Services and will assist in planning, executing, and analysing digital campaigns. Responsibilities include creating emails in Marketing Cloud, managing contact lists, generating audience segmentation, and collaborating with internal teams to manage the campaign calendar.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Create, manage, and optimize emails within Marketing Cloud.
* Manage and update contact lists in Marketing Cloud and CRM (Salesforce), ensuring proper audience segmentation.
* Collaborate with content owners and stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
* Organize and manage the campaign calendar to ensure communications are sent according to schedule.
* Analyse campaign performance, prepare reports, and manage statistics.
* Support A/B testing activities to enhance campaign effectiveness.
* Assist with social media and paid advertising campaigns
COMMUNICATIONS / CONTACTS (NAMES AND TYPES OF INTERACTION)
This position will mainly interact with other team members who will assign the specific tasks and give the necessary indications. The resource may also need to follow up with internal departments in case further information is required.
EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Basic training and specialisation:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related technical field such as Information Technology.
Required professional experience:
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing tools, or CRM platforms.
SKILLS
Technical and professional skills:
* Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
* Solid experience with SQL queries.
* HTML knowledge is desirable.
* Knowledge of API, AMPscript, and SSJS is desirable.
* Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
* Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is desirable.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Analytical mindset.
* Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with various internal teams.
* Basic knowledge of A/B testing and audience segmentation.
Language skills:
Fluency in written and spoken English is a must. Other languages an advantage.
