End User Experience Architect - Microsoft / Finance
Our client is looking for an End User Experience Manager - Microsoft to reinforce his team.
Mission / Role
* Responsible for the liaison between the end consumers of IT and the IT teams to deliver the right solution
* Provide technical leadership to the End User Experience team and liaison back into the business
* Build relationships with internal teams
* Have a role of architect on Microsoft tools
* Define the technology overmap and solutions for all 2nd and 3rd level support
Technical skills
* Expert understanding of Active Directory, GPO's and client O/S management
* Microsoft Exchange
* Knowledge of Exchange online including migration of on premise services
* A working knowledge of SharePoint online, One Drive & Azure AD
* An understanding of access management including MFA
* Executive and VIP support needs
* Knowledge of MDM and client management technical solutions
* 5 years experience managing a technical team for both solutions and support
