Your Mission:
As our Pricing & Revenue Manager, you will develop and implement cutting-edge pricing models that maximize value and meet market demands.
What You'll Do:
1. Tailored (Static) Pricing Strategy: Establish and implement robust pricing policies, guidelines, and procedures. Customize pricing strategies to different customer segments, maximizing value and meeting specific market needs.
2. Dynamic Pricing Management: Implement and manage advanced pricing optimization tools to keep our prices responsive to market changes.
3. Rebates Program Design: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to define and achieve rebate program objectives.
4. Technology Implementation: Utilize advanced pricing management tools and technologies to automate processes and enhance decision-making.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure pricing strategies align with overall business objectives.
6. Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor and report on pricing strategy performance and generate key performance indicators (KPIs).
7. Process Design/Improvement: Improve and harmonize the quotation process, exploring strategies to encourage prompt payments.
What We're Looking For:
1. Educational Excellence: Master's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
2. Pricing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of pricing strategy development and implementation.
3. Analytical Mind: Strong data analysis skills to interpret market trends, customer behavior, and pricing effectiveness.
4. Communication Pro: Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
