About the Role:
As an IT Risk Manager, you’ll take ownership of developing and implementing IT risk and continuity strategies. Your work will ensure the resilience and security of our IT infrastructure, safeguarding business operations. This role offers an opportunity to create impact by building out our IT emergency response plans and embedding a proactive risk management culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage IT risk processes, tools, and documentation
* Establish and implement risk assessment and mitigation criteria, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders
* Collaborate across teams to build robust business continuity plans and IT security standards
* Lead risk assessments and drive IT disaster recovery planning, including scenario analysis, testing, and emergency response training
Your Profile:
* Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
* Several years of experience as an IT Administrator, Developer, or in a similar role
* Experience in the creation and implementation of IT emergency plans for various services
* In-depth knowledge of Business Continuity Management and relevant standards (e.g., BSI 100-4, 200-4, ISO 22301/27005/31000)
* Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
