Napapijri seeks an exceptional Senior Manager, Sales Field to join our team in Stabio, Switzerland.

About the Role
The Senior Manager, Sales Field reports directly to the Director, Wholesale & Strategic Accounts and is responsible for driving the direct sales force and/or sales agencies to meet sales goals and execute strategies across different markets.
Main Responsibilities:
* Align with the Brand Vision to develop and communicate a multi-year growth strategy for key accounts.
* Manage agency profitability within budgeted cost parameters.
* Partner with senior teams to influence the development of the Field Account proposition.
* Provide market insights to accelerate growth.
* Develop a compelling vision to drive teams to deliver business objectives.
* Build relationships with key field accounts and leverage VF and Napapijri senior management connections.
* Lead plans, actions, and decisions to deliver sales growth and margin/profit increase.
* Evolve team productivity through top-line growth, expense management, and efficiency building.
* Foster effective relationships with direct reports and agency partners.
* Model people leadership and development, guiding direct reports on business goals and development plans.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in sales/key account management or similar roles in Fashion Industries at a similar level.
* Deep knowledge of the industry and its values.
* Understanding of fashion consumers.
* Skill in crafting and maintaining mutual strategic plans and measuring execution.
* Analytical and strategic thinker with fact-based decision-making abilities.
* High-energy, goal-oriented individual with a focus on results.
* University degree in business with a sales focus or equivalent.
