Your role
Interested in working in finance, specifically with supporting a front division in Switzerland, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Personal & Corporate COO Business Risk Management Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland.
You’ll get to:
* gain insights into risk management at UBS
* collaborate with senior data analysts to develop ideas for delivering valuable insights to stakeholders
* revamp and expand our automation framework for producing risk controls
Your team
You’ll be working in the Personal & Corporate Chief Operations Office team, who is responsible for several areas such as transformation, integration and product development.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
* has completed their bachelor's or master's degree within the last 18 months
* has experience with the programming language Python and ideally SQL
* is fluent in German
* has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
* has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
* is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
* is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Your program
Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of personal and corporate banking. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
