Wyden is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales development representative with a talent for identifying and engaging potential global clients and introducing them to our industry-leading digital asset trading technology.
Who we are...
Wyden is the leading provider of institutional digital asset trading technology to financial institutions. But more than that, we’re a collaborative, motivated team of leaders, experts, and engineers who believe in what we do – building advanced, modular trading technology that makes it easy for our clients to launch digital asset products and services.
We are proud of our success to date. In November 2024, we secured $16.9 million in Series B funding to support our strategic expansion into regulated markets, and in early 2025, we became recognized once again as one of Crypto Valley’s CV VC Top 50 companies. Not to mention the dozens of banks, brokers, and financial service providers that already rely on our trading infrastructure.
Digital assets are now a mainstream asset class, and the banking world is catching up fast. If you’re passionate about technology, thrive on solving complex challenges, and shaping the future of institutional digital asset trading, Wyden is the place for you.
Headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, Wyden has regional offices in New York and Singapore as well as development hubs in Eastern Europe.
About the role
Building on our strong growth as well as our recent Series-B funding round investment, we are now actively seeking a Global Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our commercial team covering our global markets with a strong focus on the EMEA region.

Your role will be to seek out and initially qualify potential new prospective customers as well as disqualify sales leads that do not meet Wyden’s high bar of qualification criteria. 3. Lead Generation & Development: Qualify leads from marketing campaigns to be potential sales opportunities.
4. Outreach & Engagement: Contact potential prospects via multiple channels including email, LinkedIn, social media, and direct calls to generate interest and schedule meetings.
5. Needs Identification: Analyze and understand a prospect’s needs to propose how Wyden’s products and solutions can support.
6. Sales Conversion: Facilitate and schedule meetings between prospects and Wyden's sales executive team to further advance the sales process.
7. Documentation: Log all meeting notes, needs and qualification details in our CRM and provide a professional handover to the relevant sales executive.
8. Reporting: Report to the Sales Development team leader with weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates.
9. Performance Monitoring: Meet and exceed target outreach KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis.
10. Market & Product Knowledge: Stay informed about new Wyden products/services and current trends and changes in the digital asset industry.
The ideal candidate would bring:
1. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business or at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
2. Experience as a Sales Development representative (or similar), with a track record of achieving set KPIs.
3. Proficiency with CRM solutions (HubSpot a plus).
4. Fluent in both spoken and written English. Another European language a plus.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
7. A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.
