You'll work in a multicultural setting within KPMG's Digital Business Technology Enterprise Content Management team, maintaining and supporting systems with a view on end user satisfaction.
* Undertake Level 1/2 engineering support for the ECM projects and products.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the team deliverables.
* Coordinate communication and information flow among the ECM team members and end users.
* Assist in conducting research, gathering data and perform analysis for product-related topics, with a focus on user delivery and satisfaction.
* Drive security and compliance by ensuring proper processes are followed.
* Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for process optimization and implementing best practices.
* Build trustworthy relations with internal and external stakeholders as clients, product owners and external partners.
* Previous experience in a first-level support role, with expertise in product or project assistance, is essential.
* Knowledge of IT service management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira or Salesforce Service Cloud, familiarity with at least one of these is essential.
* Knowledge with Microsoft Online products and tools, especially SharePoint and Azure DevOps.
* Familiarity with the Microsoft Azure Cloud is a strong plus.
* Experience in operating within multicultural environments, complemented by excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage parallel efforts.
* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy- The ability to follow directions, work independently and having a creative and get-the-job-done attitude is vital.
* Self-motivating and self-guiding personality.
* Solid spoken and written English (German is a plus).
