Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Manager to support the entire Lonza organization worldwide regarding the quality of IT Infrastructure and provide support for numerous Global IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and Implement Infrastructure Processes: Support the IT department in developing and implementing infrastructure-related business processes and procedures.
* Ensure Quality Standards: Ensure that adequate standards are developed, communicated, and effectively implemented for global IT infrastructures and their service providers.
* Regulatory Compliance: Consult and advise IT infrastructure projects on the correct application of internal and external regulations and procedures.
* Audit and Monitoring: Audit IT infrastructures at the sites in cooperation with Global GMP Compliance and monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive action plans.
* Supplier Audits: Support supplier audits for IT infrastructure systems and services.
* Regulatory Updates: Ensure that the internal regulations are in line with up-to-date regulatory requirements.
* Project QA: Act as project QA in non-infrastructure related validation projects for the implementation of IT systems.
* Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience in a similar position.
* Pharma QA Background: Pharma QA background is required.
* IT Infrastructure Knowledge: Knowledge of IT infrastructure topics, components, and ITIL-based processes.
* GMP Knowledge: GMP knowledge and experience.
* Managerial Experience: Experience at a managerial level for the QA responsibility for validation projects relating to GMP processes.
* Communication Skills: Independent and flexible work with a good communication style; structured, focused, and well-organized work behavior; open to new ideas, agile and proactive.
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills that include process and system mapping abilities.
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and motivational skills and ability to interact positively with all functions in a complex organization.
* Language Skills: Fluent in English, other languages are an asset.
