We have an opportunity in the Americas Region for a Business Analysis Manager.
SUMMARY
In line with the new AME Sales Operations organization effective as of April 1st, 2024, responsible for a business perimeter, the incumbent actively supports revenue target achievement by delivering on the following key tasks:
Manage sales KPI (deployment, monitoring, analysis, definition of billing risk and opportunity)
Consolidate and analyze revenue, backlog, and market trends.
Provide data analysis and reporting to support decision making.
Contribute to business process innovation in collaboration with the rest of the business management community.
Assume lead interface position with key distributors and internal sales teams across multiple operational and business management responsibilities.
Coordinate and consolidate business central tasks.
MAJOR ACTIVITIES
Performs business data driven analytics to identify trends, areas of excellence and areas of improvement to support decision making and strategy definition and execution:
Deploy target on main KPIs (demand, supply plan, backlog loading, allocation, incentive programs and campaigns, stock management 3 year plan, etc.).
Consolidate, assess, and monitor main KPIs and provide visibility at right level of detail to internal (sales and marketing) team and external (distributor) partners.
Identifies trends, strengths, and areas of improvement, as well as risk and opportunity to reach the main KPIs targets. Collaborates internally to define and monitor actions to close the gaps.
Coordinate biz management and supply chain process and deployment into the assigned perimeter.
Collect forecasts and hold reviews with all sales teams. Consolidates data and coordinates backlog gap closing actions with Sales Units.
Contribute to business process improvements, tools and reporting ensuring adherence to the agreed procedures and policy deployment.
Consolidate the 3YP budget and monitor execution vs CORA. Generate material to provide updates on monthly/ quarterly reviews.
Support in the definition of customer classification.
Coordinates business model deployment and implementation.
Supports Channel sales team to build and manage distributor incentive programs.
Support the Business Management & Sales Operation Head in developing new talents in building a sustainable and diverse organization.
Profile
Education / Professional Experience:
Degree (Bachelor, MBA, MSc), preferred in Science (Engineering or related fields) or Business.
6+ years’ experience at a distributor or working with distribution. Should have previous exposure to and deep understanding of market and customer landscape for distribution.
Experience in a business management, commercial marketing, or other business operations role; previous experience in sales or marketing would be considered a plus.
Knowledge of working on Power BI systems would be considered a plus
Skill requirements:
Advanced in Microsoft Excel and Power Point with ability to work well in Power BI
Proven analytical (both strategic and detailed analysis when needed) and problem-solving skills.
Ability to deal with complexity and solve problems in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Ability to identify patterns, connect the dots, see the big picture and tell the story.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships in order to navigate effectively through many different levels in both ST Micro as well as within distributor partners.
Results oriented with a mix of strong strategic thinking and execution mindset.
Reliable, independent self-starter with a “pro-active” approach to their work.
Teamwork spirit and positive attitude in very challenging environments/situations.

At STMicroelectronics, base salary is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Bay Area - The base annual salary range for this role is between $114,600 - $161,800 USD.
Non Bay Area - The base annual salary range for this role is between $97,200 - $137,900 USD.
